"I came across Irene Grindell Resolutions through a post in a community antisocial behaviour WhatsApp group some years ago. Since then, I’ve reached out to Irene directly regarding several landlord/tenant and community disputes. From my first message, I received prompt responses and a reassuring feeling that there was someone who could help me. After completing a simple form to outline my support needs and the details of the disputes, I was allocated a mediator that specialised in the area of mediation I needed. I was offered the choice of a face-to-face or remote meeting to discuss my situation in more detail. My first and ongoing experiences of Irene and the service has been highly professional, attentive, kind, caring, and supportive. Irene and her team of dedicated mediators are wonderful listeners who truly took the time to understand my situations without judgment.
